Why have a clock on a microwave that goes dark after 5 minutes?If I had known this we would not have made the purchase. We went to the store that we bought it from and were told it should stay lit.They gave us a number to call to repairs. The repair man came in 4 days and told us that it was built to go off after 5 minutesWe want back to the store to exchange and were told it was over 48 hours and could not exchange it.

Microwave is beautiful and installation was pretty straightforward. I have cinderblock walls, but the overlay made everything up very simple and straightforward.

I love my new microwave! The updated cooking , and reheating features are very convenient! I love the beverage reheat and the different power level functions available when cooking , it really helps keep the meat (breakfast sandwiches, sausages, left over roast-ect.) tender. I especially enjoy the pocket handle since our previous two microwave (.Samsung) had the handle break off. The sleek design , room inside the oven and extra features make this an exceptional choice!

Besides the over the range microwave also ordered a dishwasher and range. the communication about delivery and installed was great. Anthony the delivery person also did the install -- great job on the installation. professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Great job

We got this one a couple weeks ago, after several family members just trying to get the clock to stay lit and no one yet can. Disappointed Tried using it as I keep trying to figure it out.Power was at 10, 3 minutes to heat beans and the beans were cold. Just really mad at the whole situation. We bought it from ridgeland appliance site unseen.I guess I got this one for looks clearly can not get it to work.Will never buy fridgidaire again.

Sadly, my previous Frigidaire model is no longer available. However, this one fit exactly with the existing space and bracket. It works well and has some different features. One that I like, is the popcorn button takes way less time to pop. The "handle" is a dip on the bottom rather than a long exterior handle. Still getting used to it, but it works great.

Looks great. Like the fact the front has no badging for that clean look. When on this unit is whisper quiet. Only wish the exterior light was two stage, high/low, as it only has low light. Unit takes two people for install just like all other microwaves. All the materials seem to be quality made.

Had to purchase this microwave to replace our older version (7 yrs old!) as it would not work. On the older version we replaced the fuse 2x's and the door lock. Microwave would work briefly then die. Disappointed that we had to replace a 7 yr old microwave!! Hoping that this one will last quite a bit lomger!
