Have had the freezer running for two weeks in a non-heated or cooled garage. Had to turn the thermostat to maximum cooling to get the freezer temperature to 5 degrees. Ambient temperature currently is 78 degrees. Would prefer it to get the freezer temperature to zero or slightly below, but it appears that's not going to happen.

I couldnt be more happy with this freezer. Has space like a fridge and everything is easily accessible. No bending or having to remove items to get to the bottom. I recommend this for anyone looking for a freezer who doesn't have alot of space and the carbon color just adds a touch of elegance.

This came garage ready. The hinge was on the appropriate side. The only thing I would have changed would be to make sure the freezer have leveling legs. There are anti tip legs in front but the instructions stated to have those extend to just touching the floor. That helped a little but no enough to stop the rocking.

The freezer was a great price on sale at Home Depot and now that it is home and running it is amazing. Super cold and great seal. It definitely is ideal for a garage location and the carbon coloring is pretty awesome. Plenty of space in the freezer and this is replacing a chest freezer so easy to locate the food unlike a chest freezer where you have to pull items out to see what's below. Highly recommend

I received my freezer 2/2025. Up until 2 weeks ago, I would give this freezer 5 stars. It started accumulating frost and ice 2 weeks ago. I called customer service last week to schedule service. The first service company reached out to me to let me know they no longer have a Frigidaire tech on staff. The 2nd & 3rd call to customer service resulted Frigidaire service appointment and both time the service tech did not show. I left voice messages to confirm the appointments and there was no response. I am very disappointed and am rethinking my decision to purchase a frigidaire freezer.

We purchased a new Frigidaire freezer after our old freezer started to go bad. It was a Frigidaire as well that we bought 25 years ago. Good product so that is why we bought the same brand. So far, very pleased at how quiet it is and works as it should.

Freezer works great and the lights light up the freezer perfectly. Only down fall is slight scratch in door. It was packaged well for delivery so im not sure if it was done by the delivery or in manufacturing handling. Wasnt noticible enough for me to have complained. Over all would recomend.

Received this freezer delivered by Home Depot. The freezer instantly started cooling. Has plenty of room, light to see food. Love that it has rollers to move has know to lower to the floor when in place. Soft cloth is all is needed to wipe finger prints. Garage ready, looks like a safe!(lol) the sleek design, color, perfect! I bought this on sale and savings was $400+! Shelves are easily adjustable, secure in place, very sturdy. Shelves don™™t frost over, glass is always clear. Basket is good size to store all your frozen needs. Side shelves in door are roomy for box foods, or packaged. Handle on side is easy to access. LOVE THIS FREEZER!

One thing I wanted in a freezer was solid shelves. Other freezers have the wire shelves and when you add things in a Ziplock bag, the contents go through the wire shelves when they freeze. It can be hard to get them out. With this freezer, it has solid shelves, so all is wonderful.

The lights went out and I could not find the push button for the lights. I then found a magnet on the floor. Since I could not get NO help from Frigidaire customer service(they are a TOTAL joke). The company I bought if from sent somebody out and we found out that the magnut came off the bottom of the door. I would not stay in so we taped it in and all works now.
