Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Awesome "old school" type washing machine. I love it !!! I can lift the lid to check the water temp, is it sudsy enough and add a forgotten item. Clothes are noticeably cleaner and brighter looking. Wish I had purchased a Speed Queen years ago.

Great washer but the enamel needs work.

Animallover 9/30/2026

I love the machine, but the enamel on the top is coming off and is dull. I called Speed Queen to get help, and I was told that the washer warranty only covers the mechanical parts, not the cosmetics of it. Furthermore, I would think a 5-year warranty would cover everything. Disappointed in the enamel and that they do not cover it. I understand it is cosmetic, but for the money I paid, it has not even been a year. 3 months. I understand if it was my fault, but it's not. No rust and never use bleach.

Leaking Washer

DawhnC 9/26/2026

First machine I bought was a LEMON, it leaked after ONE month. Customer Service was a joke and they told me it was working as designed. Who would design a washing machine that leaked? I expected better from Speed Queen. Fortunately my sales rep got their Speed Queen rep to replace it and so far, so good. The quality of the machine is far superior to my old GE that lasted 18 years, so I am hopeful that this one will last at least as long. I would definitely have given a higher rating if the first machine wouldn't have leaked and if customer service would have actually helped me and if the repairman they sent out would have been competent.

I love the machine , but 1 year after I bought it the pulley on the idler arm fell off. The machine would not spin or agitate. It was covered under warranty but it took 10 days to fix. I was disappointed because I had heard so many good things about your washer. If you send me a phone number of a someone who is interested in what happened I would call them.

Experience Horrible

Buddy21 9/24/2026

So disappointed!!! Horrific experience, I had the washer 2 weeks it broke. Took repair people at least 3 tries to get it fixed. Over a month without a washer. Speed Queen customer service was a NIGHTMARE rep hung up on me. I requested escalation NEVER got a supervisor call back. Paying on a washer that was broken for over a month and paying to go to laundry mat. Speed Queen was highly recommended so I spent the extra for reliability and quality, that was a joke! Now I'm stuck with a washer that was scratch by the Tech who did the repairs. Never received a call back from a supervisor. The computer board part sent to repair was broken. Motor, harness, pulley and computer boards all replaced on a brand new washer.

Ditched the Front Loader

Denise out West 9/23/2026

Thank you Speed Queen!!!!! Ditched the stinky, takes-forever to wash a load, front loader washing machine and GLADLY went back to basics. I am thrilled with the TC500 washer. I don't need all the fancy buttons, simple dials are more my style. The machine performs as advertised. It is quick and clothes come out clean and SMELL clean! The matching dryer dries more quickly than my old dryer. I could not be happier with my purchase. Thanks again Speed Queen.

Happy we bought a washer made in the USA

Hank Sikora 9/23/2026

Happy buying a washer made in the USA! The washer works perfectly and allows me to lift up the hood if I forget the detergent. We love the simple dials over the electronic selections. The unit can handle a rug without any problem where our old front loader would not spin out the water completely. It's amazing that back 50 years ago my parents bought green Speed Queens and now we are using them!

Best Washing Machine!

Squeaky Clean 9/23/2026

The Speed Queen TC5003WN is the best washing machine I've ever owned by far. The clothes are much cleaner and the the overall wash time seems shorter with this machine. Maybe because it's so powerful. It's drains very quickly. It's easy to use. It actually agitates. It requires less soap. It will suds out the machines drain pipe if you use too much. Definitely worth the money. I would highly recommend it!

So pleased with my purchase. This is a well made machine that is a basic washer. Having had 2 washers break down and die due to the lid lock and fancy features I was done with costly repairs and throw away appliances. So happy with my purchase. Solid and quick and quiet . Clothes are very clean. Thanks Speed Queen.

Good product

Waterford 9/18/2026

My last machine was 26 years old. So I will hold my 5 star rating til I see how long they last. So far happy. The laundry seems to get done faster and dries faster. Just comments. The washer seems much louder than my last one and I know this is not just this brand. But I liked it when I can keep the lid open on the washer and add my soap while the water is running. Not sure why washers took that away?????

Joe41 9/15/2026

Machine is durable but the documentation and design is lacking.. Normal wash cycle with hot water cannot be done. Need to be able to by pass the nornal/eco option that uses cool water. Stainless tub has a residue that is cleaned after several washes but remains above the clothes level. After spin cycle water is left in inner tub which mixes with the next wash water. There is no tactile response for the on button.

Needs Much Better Spin Power

brialin 9/14/2026

I chose this brand + model because it had a good reputation and had a PAUSE button. It's a good machine but I detest the fact that I cannot rinse with warm water. I don't care what the government mandates, I want to occasionally rinse with warm water. I also wish this machine offered a small load option. There are times when small is exactly what I need + want. Lastly, I am disappointed with the 'strength' of the spin cycle even when I use the heavy duty or extra spin options. The clothes come out much too damp compared to my previous Maytag machine. I have even seen multiple dime size spots of water left inside the drum after I remove the clothes. It needs a much more powerful spin cycle. I am disappointed by the poor spin for such a high quality brand of Speed Queen.
