Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

It is a nice refrigerator, but the only thing that I would disappointed about it it don™€™t have the infinity slide shelf like it shows in a description on the website, but of course we™€™re pool was nice about it after I called them and told them that the future wasn™€™t available and explain the reason why

Poor ice maker design and you can only use a small cup to get ice. This appliance makes a terrible humming noise due to not having leveling legs.

Great Fridge so Far!

TakeswithTeve 2/25/2026

We love this refrigerator! Best feature so far is that you can dispense the water while the door is open which is a huge win. Love the color and they should have made the handles stainless steel as well. Only downside so far is how they protect it, feels like it is impossible to get the plastic in between the creases.

It runs loud and the water dispenser spills water all over. Also, you can only put a small cup under the ice dispenser. Bad design all around.

I originally gave this refrigerator a 4 star but I would like to amend this to a 5 star review. After I pulled the plastic off, the doors appeared to be uneven but as you put more stuff in the door it levels out. I'm so happy with the upgrade.

Good basic fridge.

Old Bob 9/8/2025

Bought this side by side after a similar GE compressor went out after only 5 years. It is a simple basic side by side with water and ice in the door. There are only 2 negatives that kept me from giving it 5 stars. The glass shelves don't go all the way to the back in either the fridge or freezer leaving a space for small items to fall and a water drip tray was not included. We had to buy it extra to keep water from dripping down the front of the freezer. Otherwise we like it just fine.

Reliable

MishaS 7/1/2025

Our first whirlpool last 33 years. Therefore, when it finally died a few weeks ago, we knew we had to buy whirlpool again. We bought the exact same style side-by-side doors, and the only difference is that the refrigerator has one less shelf in the newer model and an extra drawer, this actually takes away from the space for food storage. Other than that, the refrigerator and freezer offer a lot of space for storage and cooling options and the icemaker produces plenty of ice and quickly.

Customer service was terrible.

Andy Sr. 6/25/2025

The refrigerator was delivered on May 28th and didn™€™t work until June 19th. I was three weeks without a working refrigerator. A service representative tried three times to correctly diagnose the problem. In the end the problem was a wire harness was not plugged in at the refrigerator assembly plant. Whirlpool has a problem with quality control at its plant and untrained service reps.

Not what it used to

Victoria 6/8/2025

Design could be better, the water/ice dispenser is way too low. The door trays are made of a thin plastic and I hope they do not crack and break over time. Unfortunately the refrigerator was not in the store when I brought it and I was counting on better quality because of the Whirlpool name. Hoping not to be disappointed in the coming years, but so fair based on the above, it's 2 stars for me.

Terrible ice maker

Tom Romeoville 4/28/2025

Great looking refrigerator. The ice maker is absolutely horrible. Either I have to reset it with that tiny reset button after pulling out the ice bucket. Or I have to use a blow dryer to thaw the tray because it freezes and stops before dumping the ice. Then it stops cycling in any way and can't make ice at all. I've read many complaints about these issues and thank God for You Tube videos to show me how to TEMPORARILY fix them . Unfortunately I have to do this every 1 to 2 weeks. It's only a year old. Regret this purchase big time.

Nice looking - love the black stainless!

krkittykat55 4/12/2025

Nice looking refrigerator! The black stainless is really nice looking. I've always been happy with Whirlpool appliances, and this is no exception. My only complaint is that the door hinges on the top of the refrigerator are silver in color, not black to match the refrigerator which it really should be. There were examples of the fridge in store, so could not actually see what we were ordering. I did see this at another store in stainless color (not black) and the hinges were exactly the same color as the refrigerator, not what I'm seeing on mine. I'm will be checking into this further.

Look and work great but missing Parts (

GoodNewsGuy 3/15/2025

Purchased Model WRS325SDHV on 03/04/2025 from Lowe's.com. Works and looks great but, when you pull the door open the entire unit comes forward (the Rollers work very smooth) but the Leveling feet are missing. The Instruction manual shows how to adjust them but the parts diagram online does not show them. Contacted Whirlpool parts/service got the run around. Ordered what looked like the right part but it is to big (The hole appears to be 1/4-20 size) Looked at the other new Whirlpool Refrigerators at the store and all missing the feet but other brands all have them. Help!!!!

REALLY ??

Mikki 3/12/2025

I noticed upon installation that my refrigerator does not appear like the picture! The casters are not covered and the handles were askew. The installer returned to correct the handles. I asked the installer about the unfinished look and his reply ™€¦™€they all look like that™€™€¦.this is very unsightly. A piece of plastic covers half of the front casters and the sides are exposed. I have spoken with customer service twice about issues with this refrigerator. All refrigerators are basically the same. What I was purchasing was style not a refrigerator that looks like it has been moved to many times. I waited a month for delivery I will continue to investigate ™€¦

We got this new frig a week ago and it is good except it doesn't cool enough in the refrigerator part. It is 43 degrees F. on the bottom and won't go under 40 degrees F. on the top! Not impressed. Also the pictures on the websites are deceiving. We wanted BLACK stainless, the sides are black texture but the front is slate! Our other Whirlpool was black textured, the sides of this are, they shouldn't have quit making the black textured all around. They were way nicer refrigerators.

Broke after 5 months, not fixed after 2 months.

tclendo 1/3/2025

I bought this product In June 2024 and I had it for 5 months before it completely stopped cooling. I contacted Whirlpool customer support to get repairs under warranty and they sent their technicians out to attempt to fix the problem. It has now been almost 2 months and I still have a completely broken fridge and when I contact Whirlpool to try and replace or refund it they refuse, saying that the techline has to make that decision. Unfortuantely, they keep attempting to repair the same thing that gets broken. 2 sealed systems and 3 compressors later and it's still not working. I am wondering at what point do they consider their products defective. This is absurd. Do not buy this refrigerator.

Attractive and meets needs of most families.

Apt4 9/22/2024

I purchased this side-by-side refrig to replace another Whirlpool that was more than 19 years old. These measurements were identical to the previous unit and fit exactly into the space provided. The fingerprint-less black stainless model is attractive and has plenty of inside space for the needs of most households, large or small. The price was about what I expected because it's a relatively high-end unit. I am very pleased with this Whirlpool and expect it to last as long as my previous unit.
